Our management philosophy relies on uncompromising customer satisfaction. We believe in the principle “treat guests in the way we want to be treated”. For over three decades, we have been in hospitality industry and it does bring us lot of happiness and gratification. It’s been a long way and we have been successful in building trust and assurance among our customers. It comes only by providing quality services. We make sure that our guests are treated just like in a home. People visit our resort to spend a few happy holidays away from the stress and pressure of their busy working days. We understand them perfectly and their coffee will be served hot and their rooms will be clean always and I think these little things make a big difference. We receive guests belonging to different nationalities with varied culture and values. Wherever they belong to, we make sure that we provide excellent facilities and perfect delicacies they enjoy. I always insist my staff to work proactively to improve our services and they are really good at it. You will find our staff to be extremely courteous and helpful.
