We at Kodai Resort Hotel have a generous cancellation policy. Under this policy:-

1. If cancellation is done 4 days prior to the date of arrival, full amount will be refunded.
2. For cancellation done 2 days prior to the date of arrival, 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
3. If you do not turn up (no show) at the arrival date, no refund will be made.
4. Refund of amount will be made through bank transfer due to security reasons.
5. Acknowledgment of receipt of cancellation can be obtained from our office.
